Karl represented the "Shukokai Karate Federation" GB team for 10 years and it what time saw him collect numerous gold, silver and bronze world and European championship medals along with the European Middle weight championships in 1997.
Karl also competed for the FEKO International team from 1998 - 2003.
Karl trained under the late Master Kimura for 15 years and was awarded his 1st ,2nd and 3rd Dans by the late Master. Sensei kimura has inspired Karl to teach pure shukokai karate like it was intended.
Karls main aim is to teach good quality karate and self defense to anyone willing to learn. He also wants to pass on his knowledge & experience of competition.
